We would like to provide the LOI SAMPLE and the CONSENT AGEEMENT for all your CHINA BUYERS.
The fact is - the China buyers are the biggest scrap importer of the world and 70% of our scrap export is going to this country !!!!!
To help you and your customers- we send this documents (attached) which should be signed and sent to us BEFORE the final Contract will be issued.
We can not accept that the customer makes his discussions after the Final Contract will be issued.
Let them know that they have time enough for discussions before the Final Contract will be issued (in this moment the goods will be reserved and the vessels too) It means we don�t want to issue the FINAL CONTRACT before all questions from your customer will be not cleared !!!!!
ONLY if your buyer REALLY UNDERSTAND ; ACCEPT AND AGREE WITH OUR TERMS- HE SHOULD PROVIDE FULL SET OF NEEDED DOCUMENTS ( LOI;BCL;CA) TO US TO ISSUE THE FINAL CONTRACT
